The Women's Backlight 88 has a women's-specific flex that is softer and lighter than the unisex version, making the ski dynamic and more maneuverable on the descent. With sidecut construction throughout and an 88mm width below the binding, the shape is ideal for both hard and soft terrain and also for fun powder skiing. In addition, the new women's Blacklight 88 takes advantage of the proven construction and properties of the other models in the Blacklight series. The edge is 100 percent UD carbon: UD is short for "unidirectional" and indicates the arrangement of carbon fibers.
