I was born on the hills of Montebelluna

1939 - I was born on the hills of Montebelluna,

where the North wind, coming down from the Dolomites, and the sun rays of the Gulf of Venice meet. It was October 1939, when Adriano and Oddone Vaccari, mountain lovers, concentrated their experience as craftsmen and leather traders in a new activity: mountain boots.

1950 - After a few years, my name started to mean something else

bonding with the premonition of a future mass success: ski boots. Three years later, in the winter of 1950, the Italian Zeno Colò left for America. In the Rocky Mountains, he became twice World Ski Champion, taking me to the top step of the podium with him.

1960- 1980 - Avant-garde minds made me grow,

making me the favorite choice of skiers in search of precision and perfect fit. First there was the leather, then the laminated plastic on the boot, the aluminum levers, the flex index... So I continued to invent modern ski boots. In the eighties, I was the most successful in the galaxy of Alpine skiing. Lifting all those crystal balls, with Pirmin Zurbriggen, had become almost a habit.

1990 - At the end of the century, I was alongside more than half of the World Cup athletes.

Among them, a Norwegian boy, Kjetil André Aamodt, with an incredible medallioned attitude, and several times Olympic and World Champion. A true recordman in the hunt for the most precious metals, and one of the first athletes to give full confidence to my second life: skis. I was famous then... The most trustworthy, the market leader in the segment, I was iconic. The Benetton family, my new owners, had dressed me in green and made me shine throughout the sporting world. Formula One, offshore, motorcycling, rugby... My name meant snow, but every sportsman, on every field and on every track, knew it well.

2002-2020

The Zanatta family began to write another chapter in my story, and with their passion, I returned to the top, bringing more shining World Cup and Olympic medals.

I was born to fight. I have the fastest shots in the barrel. Our ambassador Felix Neureuther has just greeted the World Cup, but South Tyrolean Dominik Paris is sharpening his edges. Domme, 4-time winner on the legendary Streif in Kitzbühel, has spent his whole life with me. With him I returned as World Champion, and raised another crystal globe just a few months ago. Also this season, the Dobermans are ready to bite again. Today I have grown up, and my name shines as it once did. With the most innovative technologies I have become a reference point again, and the fastest growing brand in the entire Alpine skiing industry. I continue to write the history of this discipline.
